In the event of Tyre Replacement or Flat Tyre:

As soon as it is safe to do so, click the above to connect to our Europcar Tyre Line in association with Kwik Fit.

You will be asked to provide the vehicle registration number and either your rental agreement number or account reference number. Then, select one of the following two options:

1. To arrange a tyre replacement at your nearest Kwik Fit centre; or
2. To book Kwik Fit Mobile Fitting to attend your chosen location.

Please note: If you require roadside assistance but are in a dangerous location, such as on a motorway, Kwik Fit will transfer you by telephone to either our Breakdown Recovery provider or the local police, depending on the situation. They will arrange for you to be taken to a safe location and will then contact you to arrange for your onward mobility requirements.

Please note if the hire vehicle tyres reach the 2mm marker you have delegated authority to call Europcar Tyre line who will arrange a tyre changeover with you to ensure our tyres don't reach the legal limit of 1.6mm.
