The call handler will complete an accident report with you. Please provide all details of the accident/incident including:

The call handler will also arrange the recovery of the vehicle if necessary. If a replacement vehicle is required, upon approval, the call handler will pass the replacement vehicle request to the relevant rental station to arrange directly with you as a matter of priority.

Please note: To get you back on the road as quickly as possible, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement vehicle matching your original rental vehicle.

The Europcar First Call Assist telephone number and the Europcar vehicle registration number can also be given to the third party.

Please be aware that an excess of up to £250 may apply to damages sustained to the hire vehicle. This will be payable to Europcar once the replacement vehicle has been returned.
