How is the delivery of the hire car arranged?
Once our Europcar station has received notification of your replacement hire car requirements they will make contact with you prior to the requested delivery date/time to take your debit/credit card information for the £1 security deposit. You will also be required to provide a DVLA share code in order for Europcar to conduct licence checks.

Europcar will not be able to provide a replacement hire vehicle if the deposit of £1 cannot be authorised.
In the event of any delay in the provision of your replacement vehicle, the station will contact you to alert you of the initial delay.
Our Insurance team will arrange a delivery slot that will generally consist of an AM or PM delivery window, in some instances we may have arranged a time sensitive delivery in which case we will deliver the vehicle within the agreed time frame.
